Module 2

bootybarre Flex & Flow

A fusion style class, that is based on the Pilates principles with movements inspired from exercises on the reformer or trapeze table.

This class is performed to the beat of the music utilizing a band for strength training and total body sculpting. Unlike bootybarre plus there are NO cardio intervals, the class is steady state.

Flex & Flow is done after module one, it’s designed in the same blocks and follows a similar flow with the added resistance of the band for arms, abs and mid upper back. We like to think of this class as more of a strength based class with a lot of sweat.

You can do this course via a LIVE in-person course that is most commonly done with Module One over two days. This course is also offered through a virtual live online course with Tracey Mallett after you have completed Module One.

“bootybarre is exceeding all of our expectations! The classes are filling up and we are continuously working to add more to meet demand. Both instructors and members love the workout which keeps them moving and sweating non-stop to great music. They especially like that the class is committed to an authentic barre technique and dedication to form. Working with Tracey and her team is an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend it this program.”

“I have worked in the fitness industry for over 18 years as a group fitness instructor, presenter, personal trainer and most recently the National Group Fitness Manager for Goodlife Health Clubs. During this time, I haven’t come across a program that I’ve enjoyed teaching as much as bootybarre. This program allows me to combine my love of dance with my passion for fitness into one exciting, challenging and rewarding class. I can’t get enough of it, and the feedback from our gym members has been overwhelmingly positive. bootybarre has taken the industry by storm and I can’t wait to share it with even more of our instructors and members in Australia.”
