bb flex & flow Certification 2
A fusion style class, that is based on the Pilates principles with movements inspired from exercises on the reformer or trapeze table.
This class is performed to the beat of the music utilizing a band for strength training and total body sculpting. Unlike bootybarre plus there are NO cardio intervals, the class is steady state.
Flex & Flow is done after module one, it’s designed in the same blocks and follows a similar flow with the added resistance of the band for arms, abs and mid upper back. We like to think of this class as more of a strength based class with a lot of sweat.
You can do this course via a LIVE in-person course that is most commonly done with Module One over two days. This course is also offered through a virtual live online course with Tracey Mallett after you have completed Module One.
