Here is the flow of your primary course, I know many of you have requested to see the class in it’s entirety with clear transitions. I recommend you practice the class with us so you feel it in your own body and learn how to use the music to energize your classes. The women are either instructors or students of mine, all at different abilities but all have the same passion to move with good intention at the barre.
Take time to see how I set the class up and how the women are moving together with clear, practical cueing for group exercise. Transitions are just as important as the exercise they connect the movements with good flow.
The best way to learn is by moving through each section with the transitions then refer to your book for good cues to help you understand where the movement is originating from and what the purpose is of each exercise. If you have a good understanding of this class the rest will be building on top of a strong foundation.
